24 hour return policy

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Magic Rug Emporium, you have the option of returning the product to us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, store credit, or to exchange it for another of your choice. The rug must be be unused and free of damage to be eligible for a return. 

If your return is after the 24 hour period, there will be a 15% restock fee if you want a refund. Otherwise, full amount in store credit or exchange. 

In the rare event that you receive a defective rug, please contact us immediately at 503-574-3508 and we will correct the situation in a timely manner.
